Biography

Jean Paul NDISANZE is the Head of Investment and Business Development at RNIT, with over 12 years of extensive experience in business administration and management. A Chartered Risk Analyst with a master’s degree in Finance and Economics, he has a proven track record of driving corporate growth and operational excellence.

Before his current role, Jean Paul led RNIT’s Corporate Services for over a decade. In this capacity, he demonstrated a results-driven approach by aligning all corporate functions—including HR, IT, Procurement, and Communications—with overarching business goals to enhance efficiency and fuel growth.

As the Head of Investment and Business Development, Jean Paul is responsible for identifying and researching investment opportunities, preparing and submitting investment proposals, and ensuring the compliant execution of investment transactions.

He works closely with investment analysts to maintain RNIT’s investment register and conduct financial analysis to assess risk-adjusted returns. He is also a key figure in developing innovative strategies to expand investment asset classes, managing relationships with external partners, and leading market analysis to ensure RNIT stays ahead of evolving trends.

Prior to his tenure at RNIT, he worked at the National Institute of Statistics of Rwanda, where he specialized in strategic management, resource mobilization, and monitoring and evaluation.
