Biography
Jean de Dieu NIYOMUGABO serves as the Information Technology Manager at RNIT. He holds a Master’s degree in Computer Technology Engineering from Beijing Jiaotong University and has more than 7 years of professional experience in the IT industry, with a strong focus on software development and IT management.
Prior to joining RNIT, he worked as Head of ICT and Lecturer at a private university in Rwanda for 3 years where he played a key role in strengthening ICT systems and academic delivery.
